About Us
Continental Sausage is an artisan deli meat producer in South Surrey, BC. We have been quietly making the finest quality European delicatessen products possible for over half a century. When you support Continental Sausage, you are supporting over 45 employees and their families in your community, as well as local Fraser Valley Farmers who provide us with most of our raw materials .
Two German master sausage makers (Meisters) oversee our traditional recipes and processes so we can bring you a fresh, authentic, artisan made product of the highest quality. Always hand made and produced in small batches.
Our business is supported by delicatessens, butcher shops and restaurants that bring consumers fine locally sourced products. Continental Sausage is exclusive to British Columbia and found nowhere else.
